How do I shop?

Visit our navigation bar found at the top of every website page. Simply roll your cursor over the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to browse a category or brand. Within each, you'll find filters to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific item, our search feature is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, note, category or style. When you have made your selection, verify your cart content and checkout.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Please note that U.S. billing address information is required for all payments. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. Credit cards are subject to authorization. If we are unable to obtain authorization online purchases are denied. Please use an alternate card card or PayPal to complete your purchase. We do not back order.

Do you accept multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

For security reasons, online purchases may require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned.

How do I track my order?

We send several emails during order processing to keep customers informed. Please note that during peak times, orders may take up to 2-4 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your anticipated delivery of your order.

Do you collect sales tax?

State laws require that we collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, Washington, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maryland, Kentucky, Utah, and Wisconsin. All orders outside of these states will not be charged.

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

What addresses are restricted in the US for Delivery?

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States.

How are out of stock conditions handled?

Our website inventory is updated frequently. The actual quantity in stock may vary slightly between the times of these updates. If you order an item please be aware there is a very small chance we may not be able to fill that order. We will provide you with an expected arrival date (if one is available).

We do not back-order. Please note that we work hard to maintain a 95% in-stock rating (one of the highest in the industry). We'd love to be 100% in stock at all times, but things beyond our control prevent this, such as manufacturer delays, on-board damage during shipping to the warehouse, weather conditions which delay shipping, etc. We realize it is an inconvenience when an item is out of stock, and we strive to keep our warehouses as stocked as humanly possible.
